On the dates of 28th July to 01st august 2014, a training on commercial law training in Rwanda was conducted by ILPD. the training which was officially opened by the president of RBA with the Rector Prof. Nick Johnson at Kigali (Classic Hotel) Trainees are RBA Lawyers and the trainers were Paul crook, Emilie Gonin (from Allen & every) and the Rector. This training aimed at Understanding what is to be a transactional lawyer, mock arbitration, confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, the art of drafting, cross boarder negotiation skills and many case studies. The training was characterized by interactions and discussions between participants and the trainer. Where by many case studies were involved.
