ILPD officiates an opening of the DLP Part time in Kigali intake of 2015-2016

On this Friday 6th November 2015, the Vice Rector in charge of Finance of ILPD, Emmanuel NDIZEYE has declared officially opened the Diploma in Legal Practice/ part time program the intake 2015-2016. This event which was conducted in Kigali at ILPD Liaison office was attended by 70 new students who immediately started their courses. Opening this program, Emmanuel Ndizeye, said that this program is very helpful for Advocates judges and prosecutors in their daily work. He requested the students to give value to what they will be taught as something which will help them in their entire career. This program is conducted in 9 months and successful students get their Diplomas in legal practice, a Diploma that is now mandatory for every lawyer in Rwanda. Ndizeye considers this program as an opportunity for Rwandan lawyers to be able to compete on international level since the program follows the international standards. Part time is one of the modes that ILPD uses to deliver the DLP apart from full time mode, executive modes and weekend program mode. During pat time mode students attend clas from Monday to Friday everyday from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. This intake is the third to undergo part time mode. ahirwa@ilpd.ac.rw
