The Vice Rector in Charge of Administration and Finance has the following responsibilities :

- 1. Prepare the organizational structure of ILPD and monitor its operationazation ;

- 2. Make a plan regarding the revenue and ILPD expenditure and supervise their use ;

- 3. Preparing the budget proposal of ILPD ;

- 4 °. Promote income generating activities ;

- 5 °. Make a quarterly report showing expenditures and revenues ;

- 6. Make an accounting report at the end of each year ;

- 7 °. Perform any other function related to its duties and other duties which may be assigned by the Rector.
