The Vice Rector in Charge of Administration and Finance has the following responsibilities :
1. Prepare the organizational structure of ILPD and monitor its operationazation ;
2. Make a plan regarding the revenue and ILPD expenditure and supervise their use ;
3. Preparing the budget proposal of ILPD ;
4 °. Promote income generating activities ;
5 °. Make a quarterly report showing expenditures and revenues ;
6. Make an accounting report at the end of each year ;
7 °. Perform any other function related to its duties and other duties which may be assigned by the Rector.
