The Institute of Legal Practice and Development was officially opened by the Right Honourable Prime Minister, by laying the first stone of the new building of the institute in Nyanza. The establishment of the ILPD is a result of recent reforms in the justice sector in Rwanda. One of the main objectives of these reforms is to strengthen the justice sector.
